In this section, we are going to explore all the different places we can find in a city — parks, museums, shops, schools, cafés… and maybe even your favourite place! You will learn how to talk about these places using There is and There are, so you can describe your own town like a real English speaker.
We will play games, look at maps, and discover new vocabulary together. By the end of this section, you will be able to say what your city has… and what it doesn’t have! Maybe there is a cinema near your house, or maybe there isn’t — you will tell us!
